DOTSURE DELAYS IN CAR INSURANCE CLAINMS

Usually I would give Dotsure a 5 star rating as they used to have a very high standard of response to their customers, my name is Krishna Govender and my identity number is *** and my residential address is 105 Brettonwoods, Cnr 3rd Street and 4th Avenue Killarney 2193 Gauteng, two Friday’s I had an accident, it was no fault of mine, I turned right into Cotswold Avenue and as I was turning into restanwold drive, a car came from the extreme right which he was on the wrong lane and sc****d my car on the right hand side, and the car drove off without stopping before I could even get his number plate, I was in a stage of a bit of shock, it’s not major damage but there were sc**** marks on the right hand side, I I have their what’s number which I did correspond with them but there was no response, then I sent an email to their claims department, I tried phoning them but to no availability, does Dotsure still exist or if one has claims they take their time about handling the claims. Please let me know , I do not like changing MSU ranch companies, first I would like a customer care official to contact me and then they get an assessment on damages, Once I was stuck on the road but I never had this problem, the tow truck was there in two ticks, your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated You can contact me n *** as soon as possible.
