Dotsure declines claim unfairly

I have been a loyal client with the insurance for years with no claim. I recently had my car ****** and later recovered but damaged. Dotsure declined my claim because "the car was used to attend a meeting that was outside my usual work premises. According to them this constitutes business use.

I find this very disturbing and I am very disappointed in Dotsure.
