Dotsure declined my claim and Poor Communication

I would like to report Dotsure insurance they declined my claim. My car was maliciously damaged at the mall by an unknown person the whole body has deep scratches which we suspect the person used sharp object to damage the car.Dotsure requested me to take pictures, of which I did I was then contacted by Marias Botha to take the car to Durban South Panel beaters for quotation, of which I did. Marias did not treat me as an imIportant client I kept on calling him regarding the follow up. Imagine 7yrs of loyalty with one insurance and zero claim but being treated like trash. I received the message from him saying that they will call me for an interview, but they did not call me. I then called them again. On the 13th of November Dotsure called me and declined my claim saying its wear and tear damages that shows that they developed gradually in the car I was shocked to receive such wrongdoing from Dotsure insurance, I would like to ask hellopeter to escalate this matter I want my car to be painted.Dotsure was supposed to send someone to verify and check the car by Panel beaters not on relying to the invisible pictures.I am not going to leave this matter.
