DOTSURE - DEAD SURE SERVICE

Cancelled my policy - still money was deducted. Now more than a week to get my money back. DEAD sure should be their name. Empty promises to pay back. TWO YEAR old claim, still waiting for response. Got letter now with TWO years ago the date - dead sure they are in the office
