Dotsure

I need help about dotsure insurance, I did my claim for my incident and later they paid money that was not even enough to fix my car and they also push me to separate my claim because they new the other claim is less and they not going to pay me for that I've tried to communicate with them but still I don't get help, they keep on promising to call me back but they don't I have to call them back Simone she is the assesser but she only do her own stuff when you take your car to the same asser the money is different and she claim her job is what she's going to pay you, where am I going to get the money to pay the penaltbeater Dotsure is not fair if I new this is what they doing I were not supposed to take their insurance because is not good company
