Dotsure costing me over R2000 in bank charges

Hi, I took out a third party cover with Dotsure and to mi suprise,they do not come collect on the agreed dates but awkward dates which costing me bank charges with my bank. Every month I am due bank charges amounts to R2000 or more every month since April. On my correspondence sent to them Jason promised to reverse and compansate the bank charges but he also disappeared in thin air. This month I was expecting some funds in my account, when I checked, all that was cleared by unpaid fees caused by Dotsure. I lost those funds and spoke to them, still no resolution found. Not sure why to do anymore as my bank said I must deal with them to stop this however they refuse to correct or stop this. Please advise on how to get all my Refunds back and discontinue with this Dotsure
