Dotsure claims is the worst. They take your money each month but offers no assistance when claiming

I submitted a claim on Saturday 1 April and up untill this day 6 April I have still not been assisted or received and update on my claim. I've submitted my images 3times via their online system, I emailed it and sent it via whatsapp but still have not received an update on the progress. My handler Jesarnique Meyer is supposed to keep me informed but she never returns my calls, takes my calls and fails to keep my informed. I keep on receiving emails that my query is resolved however it is not the case. I am really disgusted and dissapointed with the support I received regarding my claim. I do not recommend dotsure to anyone.
