Dotsure Claims department just for show, dont't expect any money back.

I am so dissapointed with my experience with Dotsure. I was referred by a friend to them as they are so "great". Within the first month my cat had to go to the vet for an emergency. I submitted my claim on the 7yh of April already. Suprise suprise the claim has still not been finalised and it is now 3 weeks later. They had me jump through hoop after hoop with 2 claim forms & I am on my 2nd motivation request with the vet. This is a typical example of an insurance company that will easily take you money but when you ned assistance they have red tape all over not to pay you back. I will not be referring them at all.
