Dotsure claims are tops

The claims staff are super efficient and friendly. I recently had dealings with Glayvia and she really impressed me. Being in the industry myself, I fully understand that the proof of the pudding is in the tasting - and in our industry the claims service is the pudding. Well done Dotsure and Glayvia! Your pudding was delicious! The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review is due to the underwriting division. I wish there were ways to increase limits - of course at additional premiums. I have large breed dogs and you literally pay per kg for treatment so it's more expensive to treat a Rottweiler than say a Daschund, but the limits are the same. Also, just a suggestion - but as Dotsure also supports rescue organisations, I'd like to suggest that you increase limits on Spay options. Again, if I was offered the option to pay a higher premium for the first few months to cover the spay at an appropriate age, I would jump at the chance. R 550 towards the cost of spaying a female dog is honestly barely a fraction (I just paid R 2 000 to castrate my male - a female is R 2 500 - R 2 800). Overpopulation is a HUGE problem in South Africa (and the world) so let's try to make a difference together by promoting spaying pets. But, like I said, just a suggestion)
