Dotsure claim- Terrible service - Installment 1

Dotsure's car insurance claim process is a nightmare.

I called to log a claim on the 25-03-2023 and was told they would contact me on the 27th but I could follow up if I hadn't heard back from them by the afternoon. I called on the afternoon of the 27th and they told me they don't have any record of my claim and I would have to provide the details again. Major fail number one. I provided the details again and hoped for the best but sad to say it's only been down hill from here.
