Dotsure Claim - Tamlyn Mostert

I have been a customer of Dotsure for almost five years now, and never once, have I been disappointed with the service. In fact, my interaction with them seems to improve at every opportunity. From annual policy renewal to their advertising/marketing and even when submitting a claim. I recently had to claim for vet expenses and found it extremely easy and straightforward, with easy guidance through the few steps that I had to follow. I immediately received confirmation of my claim having been registered and, even though I received a message informing me that it would take up to 3 working days, the claim amount was credited to my account the very same day. Now, that is what I call service! Well done and thank you Tamlyn Mostert for your exceptional service. People like you ensure that Dotsure remain my preferred service provider!
