dotsure claim taking 4 week to be resolved

Dotsure insurance took 4 weeks to start looking at my claim, i kept on calling them and there is no response from them. The claim consultatnt hangling my claim is always busy so each time i get a new person to assist me. they are too good to be trusted, i have never seen such when people go around not informing you what is happening with the claim. it is now going for a second month since i am waiting, i just spoke to another consultant who is now indicating that the panel beaters has send the inorrect quotation and pictures
