Dotsure claim process is a real pain

First, the online system said my claim is approved. They later wrote that it is declined and I can raise objections. I wrote to the objections email and the response directs me back to the same warranty team who are often very unfriendly. Dotsure agents are nice when you take a policy, but come claim time, most of the warranty claims team were nothing anything but friendly. I felt like they are doing everything to deny my claim, and alas I was correct.
