Dotsure & Carl Oosthuizen
I dealt with Carl Oosthuizen in October 2018 and was suitably impressed with his friendly and helpful manner in which he explained dotsure cover to me. I have just submitted a claim and am once again impressed at the speedy response in advising me what the actual procedure is etc. Dotsure, I am so glad I made the choice to insure my pets with you. Life is all about choices !

31 Jul 2019, 10:28It seems that everyone I deal with at Dotsure has had incredible training on how to be polite, friendly and service orientated / driven. My first claim was efficiently dealt with by Glayvia Martin and finalised promptly without any fuss.
