Dotsure cares!

I wanted to cancel my Dotsure policy for our Labrador off 11 years, as we are moving and I need to cut more expenses. But after talking personally to Caitlyn Kelton who phoned me, I was convinced to not cancel my policy. She reminded me that we can’t rejoin because of his age and to think of how we see our dog, just as an animal or like part of the family. Our labrador is part of the family. He is not just a dog, but our son’s companion, as they are the same age. He always travels with us and sleep inside the house and looks after us, like we do with him. So thank you to Caitlyn Kelton that reminded us, that he needs his own medical aid to, because he is a family member and not just a dog.
