Dear Knowledge Lesetla, Thank you for providing me with excellent service. I needed to cancel my policy due to Financial reasons but he explained the benefits and clarified the cover and assisted me to rather downgrade. Now I am much more comfortable with the premium and my furbabies are still covered.
