Dotsure car insurance...very angry first time client

My husband bought a new car in July this year..took out insurance with dotsure..car insurance of R800pm and funeral policy of R149pm...but when they deducted in July and August they deducted so many large amounts that's unaccounted for ...in total they deducting R1800 from our account that we did not give permission for...this is unacceptable an we want to cancel our car insurance with them and go with a different car insurance company...we want all that money refunded that they debited without our permission
