DOTSURE CAR INSURANCE WRITES OFF CARS FOR NOTHING-VERY BAD

Dotsure car insurance is writing off our cars like they do not exist before. Our cars are valuable more than Cats and Dogs. Write Off means the car is uneconomical to repair. Dotsure want to write off my car after a minor accident where a bumper and radiator/oil cooler is damaged. Airbags were not deployed, headlights are intact, the engine runs and the car is drivable. This does not make any sense at all. I insure a car so that we can repair it, offcourse it must be economical. What Dotsure is doing is very bad for clients. My Dotsure Policy claim is: QUAQ*** Thanks to Complains Liaison Manager, Joel Slinger who has taken over to assist. Please read your policy schedule carefully. it looks like some insurance companies are not going to assist you despite you playing your part of paying premiums. You are on the losing end. Be careful. Please watch the space, I will keep you informed on how my case went. I have insured a very expensive car, it is not a Cat or Dog, PLEASE.
