Dotsure Car insurance with Edwill Cloete
My father took out a car insurance with a certain Edwill Cloete from dotsure. He has yet to receive any type of documentation regarding this, however the payments are being debited each month.
We have emailed both Edwill and Dotsure. My father who is a pensioner has not been able to reach this agent to get answers.
Absolutely appalling service and disregard to communicate with customers.
