Dotsure car insurance flop

I took out a car insurance with this company and i was paying my premiums for 2 years without fail and recently i got into an accident and it was hit and run , Dotsure told me that they cannot help me because i do not have the details of the vehicle that ran away.. They are always looking for an excuse not to pay and im very disapointed with the way they are going about their business, they expected me to run after that vehicle to get details.
