Dotsure car insurance

Dotsure are the biggest ****mers, i write this review with extreme disappointment and regret. My car was insured with them & a month later added a shortfall cover/gap cover, 12 months later had an accident. It took them 4 months to approve the claim and i was the one calling them everyday, not a single call i received from them. The current value was paid when am asking them to pay for the shortfall they giving me all sorts of excuses yet they acknowledged my shortfall cover, up until this day my shortfall is not settled. Am still begging for the service i paid for of which they have been duducting every month without a fail. I would never recommend anyone to use this insurance NEVER!!! Emails are ignored, calls are not answered, non of them would get back to you.. Physical and emotionally drained!!!
