Dotsure cancels my claim

They cancelled my claim despite me telling them 3 times why I could not provide the 1 document they wanted. My daughter's cat (now mine) had been insured with them for many years under a policy in my daughter's name and they could have checked there for past claims to see if this was a recurring or new problem. The cat had moved locations and vets a number of times and I could no longer get that information from my daughter as she had died.
