Dotsure - cancellation of policy

Maybe I am ********, but I was under the impression that by paying your monthly premiums on insurance (Cars/home owners/Household/Excess buster policies amongst others) was to provide piece of mind that in the event that something goes wrong, you have insurnace to cover these unforseen event. Apparently I was wrong. I have always been honest in my dealings with Dotsure and only claiming for legitimate occurrences eg the storm that ravage Cape Town and lifted roofs; having someone drive into the back of me while I was stationery at a robot; appliances malfunctioning etc. I should not have claimed it seems - rather just pay a whole lot of money every month and leave it at that. So thank you Dotsure for cancelling my policies due to multiple claims for situations that were out of my control , and making it extremely diffucult to get new insurnace. 10/10 . I will advise anyone else going forward to pay the high cost of the premiums but be sure not to claim. Pat yourselves on the back for a job well done.
