Dotsure

I had the pleasure of interacting with Dotsure recently because of an accident that happened to my cat. Every interaction with the organisation can only be described as excellent! I couldn't believe that within 45 minutes of submitting my claims (4 thus far) I received a confirmation that my claim was processed, a reconciliation of the account and the amount that will be paid out to me. I would like to make a special mention of Chantell Groenewald who was involved in 2 of my claims. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and handled the claim with both professionalism and empathy. She is the epitome of a client facing person and I am sure she is an asset to Dotsure! Thank you Chantell!
