Dotsure- Brilliant service
I submitted a claim and it was a bit delayed however I got a SMS to my par Shep and i to say they working it and resolved it shortly after their original turnaround time. Keeping me informed was brilliant service. They also sent a Get Well card to Shep.
Outstanding service and customer care which engenders loyalty.
