Dotsure Bad customer service - no refund after cancellation
Good day,
I have not yet been refunded as promised. No consultant has reached out to address my concerns.
Kindly contact me, you have all my contact information.
I am really sad about your customer service. I have to continuously beg for service. The phone numbers you sent via whatsapp doesn't work.
