Dotsure

I had a warranty plan with dotsure since I bought my golf 6 gti dsg in 2020. Late 2023 I had a problem with my gearbox which I understood it's not covered on the warranty. I went for loans to fix my gearbox and finally was ok. 2024 again my car had a problem with an engine hopefully it was covered. I contacted dotsured and explained everything. They ask for service history and quotation of the damage which I sent, they got back saying everything is good but I didn't service the vehicle. I sent the proof of 2021. Then again they said I must wait. They came back saying I sent the vehicle to an RMI non approved place but which I sent them 2 quotation of which 1 is Volkswagen and I know is RMI approved .I said then focus on the one that is approved. They said they will come back to me again. Hahaha when they come back they said yes everything was good accept now they notice I did not service my car in 2023 so my claim is rejected. Their policy says I must service my car 15000 km or yearly, which ever comes first. I explained to this person didn't even reached 10000 km due to the gearbox failure and how would I take a car that is broken down to service centre, atleast my reasoning is valid and it's not like I didn't have money for service because I do have service plan for my vehicle. But ya the guy did want to hear a thing I was saying. In his mind he was happy that they got something to escape. I wasn't even refunded my money back for these years .even today my car not yet fixed
