Dotsure asked a representative to contact me after filling in a short form on hippo.com. Bernadine Bence from dotsure called me first thing the following morning. She was so friendly and answered all of my questions patiently. She provided me with all the possible information that i needed specialized to my two fur babies without wasting my time or being pushy. This was by far one of the best experiences that i have had with an insurance company in a long time. If this is what my journey with dotsure starts like, i look forward to a long time together.
