DOTSURE are very unprofessional

I was given an 18% increase on my premium to R466. I complained and it was reviewed again to R410. I then required to approve the debicheck and was shocked to see it was for R466 the original amount. I phoned them up and they apologized as the review was never formally sent through but reviewed it again for me and this time R420. NOW, why do you not listen to the original recording made as you always do to ascertain your original review. It is not my fault that the representative did not do her job properly.

They are really chancers if you ask me. I had the same problem last year and another problem with a border letter and their convenient cover exclusions but that is another story. They also double charged me in one month and never responded to my query or reimbursed me. Problem after problem after problem but I suppose that's what you get for accepting very cheap insurance. Be careful!
