I lodged a claim,they approved it. They then told me to wait at home on a certain day and no one came ! I couldn't go to work ,I couldn't leave my house and no one contacted.
Secondly they sent me a link that I don't have access to? I'm not authorised. So if I don't have authority to access my profile ,I want all my premiums back.
