Dotsure are Notsure what they are doing
A lady insured by dotsure reversed into my car. She put in a claim almost 3 weeks ago, after I did all the legwork in getting the quotes and submitting them to her for a 3rd party claim. Have a claim number and everything, still no news from Notsure when I can get my car fixed. My wifes car got ****** and Outsurance paid out in a week! So what is the problem with Notsure .... pretty sure they are not sure what they are doing! Terrible service!
