Dotsure are *******! Debited my account without my consent or a policy as it was just a quote over the phone

Dotsure debited my account off for over R1000 without my permission and without sending me the documents or for me sign any of the policy which I did not confirm as it was only a quote over the phone !Total *******s of a company, *****ing from people! I want my money back , If my money is not refunded I will be taking legal action against Dotsure , they never ever pick up the phone when I call , someone call me back from Dotsure on ***asap! This is daylight ******* from this company, *****ing people’s money without any consent or policy cover …. ***
