What an incredible experience with Dotsure. Carla Jooste helped me with receiving my medical insurance for my new puppy Blue. Carla answered all my calls and emails promptly and with such enthusiasm. She gave me the best advice and comforted me when needed with the decisions I needed to make. I'm not the smartest cookie when it comes to policies or setting up policies but she sorted it all out for me over the phone in such a calming and trusting manner.
