Dotsure! An Opaque Company!

Dotsure Pet Accidental Cover. Not a reliable or trustworthy company. I recently took my dog to the vet because he was unwell. I suspected that he could have eaten something because his tummy hurt and he threw up. I sent through the claim and it was rejected. Reason being Vomiting isn't covered. I spoke to a consultant and explained the reason why he may have vomited which is accidental but she stated that she had no physical proof and that they don't need to specify exclusions in their policy , it's their protocol.

If you require additional stress then Dotsure is the best company. Personally I think that they sell you a service that they are unable to fulfil and they are not apologetic about it. Worst experience and very impolite customer service representatives.
