Dotsure - an amazing experience again

I very seldom take the time to review service, but I feel I need to. Every dealing with this company is such a pleasure, they keep you updated all the way. I submitted a claim at 20h00 on 25th March and was assessed and paid by 10h00 on 26 March. This is not the exception but the norm. Micheala Cronje was the claims assessor and even called me twice to keep me updated, despite the smses and email updates. I can truly say this company sets the standard. If only my life assurance, telco and investment companies treated me, as the client, this way I would have a better quality of life. Thank-you Dotsure
