Dotsure always going the extra mile
Dotsure always goes above and beyond any service level expectations. It is always a pleasure contacting the call centre as you deal with a real human who is friendly, compassionate and extremely helpful. We recently lost a pet/family member and Dom Anderson assisted me with updating my policy with the utmost respect. Post my call with them I received a wonderful email sending condolences to us and committing to feed a shelter animal for a month in honour of Poppy's legacy.
