Dotsure All the way
Incredible South African company. I am so grateful I insured my 2 fur-babies with them. Just two months after getting my second puppy added to my policy, at a discounted price (standard for ALL additional pets on a policy), she managed to eat a bag of highly toxic medication...at midnight...during loadshedding. This resulted in racing her to a 24 hour vet where she was treated for poisoning and kept overnight. Then followed a barrage of further appointments and tests to make sure she was 100% recovered. This was not a cheap accident. It was exorbitant. Dotsure made the claims process so simple and quick AND with compassion and humour to help me get over the parent guilt.
