Dotsure after care service shocking

Dotsure is excellent to get your business but the after service is a nightmare when you have to claim. Slow, dont care attitude like robots, and there is no telephonic interaction everybody only emails and days can go by without an answer. When you call to speak to someone about your claim the receptionist cant help you and says "everyone in a meeting". the most useless insurance company i have ever dealt with. their online portal is ******* and non-existent. for such a big company and they dont have their own app is shocking
