Dotsure added additional excess unfairly and rejected my claim😩

My family has been with this insurer since 2013 but the way they *****ed us when we claimed 2023 December after years of not claiming 😭😭😭shocking!! They will withhold information from you when you log in a claim and then add additional excess saying you didn't give them everything that was required of you. They added additional excess saying that I didn't report my small accident to the Saps but their consultant hadn't even mentioned it when I called in😭😭I didn't think hitting a pavement and damaging my bumper needed to be reported to the police. Had the consultant told me I would have definitely gone to the police 😡
