Worst service 😒. We have been sitting without a car for 3months since our accident. Virtual assessor (appointed by dotsure) assessed the vehicle, it was taken in for quotes, there was a R150k difference between the VIRTUAL ASSESSOR estimate and the physical assesment done by the panel beaters. Dosture paid their estimated figure and has been sending us from pillar to post since. With every assessment done that comes to the same conclusion that the body works are indeed 3times what their virtual assessment concluded we then have to start afresh. Theyve gone as far as asking us to provide a service history for the vehicle (no idea what this has to do with us being driven off the road by a truck). We have paid for 3 assessments out of our own pockets at their instruction, with still no positive conclusion in sight. Theyve approved the claim, they just wont pay out to get the work done.
