Dotsure - a pleasure to deal with!

I have been with Dotsure with my senior cat for a few years and never needed to claim, thankfully. However, the beginning of this year, my dear cat managed to get not one, but two separate, completely unrelated foot/paw injuries about a month apart! Dotsure never questioned either claim and paid the full amount within 24 hours both times. I was super impressed. They even sent him get well cards over email, just a lovely little touch! What a pleasure dealing with them! :)
