DOTSURE - A DISGRACE

My daughter was in an accident where the front & back of her car was damaged. The car was sent to the Panel Beaters and was fixed PERFECTLY. Unfortunately not long after that she was involved in another fender-bender, where the lady drove away from the scene. The damage was on the same side as the previous accident - left rear, but this time the light was also broken. In the first accident there was no damage to the light and the damage was more on the left side. we have pictures of the 1st incident, the completely fixed vehicle as well as the 2nd incident with the damage AND broken light. DOTSURE has refused to pay for the 2nd incident stating that my daughter has committed *****; AND that the vehicle was not repaired properly!!! How preposterous! We sent it for review to their internal Ombudsman and it was once again refused. WHO THE HECK are they employing!! When even a blind person is able to see that it IS NOT THE SAME DAMAGE..........I am beyond enraged by their allegations of *****. We have all our vehicles insured through them, but now looking for a Company who will honour their clients.
