Nazley helped me setting up my policy for my fur baby, I ended the extremely happy, she was very helpful, patient and friendly 😊 she explained everything so patiently even when I had asked the same thing twice. She phoned me while I was at work after I submitted to get a call, I then asked that she phone me back at a certain time and like clock work she phoned me back at the time I asked. She was really just an absolute star throughout the whole process
