I requested a quote and Zanne Grobler called me and was very informative and professional. I also WAS NOT harassed with 300 phone calls like other pet insurance companies I have requested quotes from (thank goodness). I signed up over the phone and the entire process was explained to me. I hope the insurance service of dotsure lives up to Zanne's service too. Thank you.
