What a terrible experience.

We had a claim for headphones put in. Total cost of R2300. Dotsure denied our claim. We pay a R1300 pm for their services, that is obviously not enough just to cover the cost for new ones. We will most definitely be taking our business else where. Good luck to them and future business. I owe them a big thanks though, glad it happened with something as little as headphones. Imagine having to struggle like this if we had a claim for a wedding ring or worse, a car.
