Dotesure

Dotesure rejected my claim for a warranty not a service plan,but they rejected my claim coz I missed a service and the paid they need to cover they got nothing to do with the service plan, they used the service plan as an excuse not to pay I need then to refund me all thing I had paid for the service so I can fix my car. They told me to take the car to Audi after declining the claim they told me I need to pay for what ever Audi will change me and they won't even help with the tow truck to take the car back home. This is one of the worse services I got ever
