Dot unsure

After experiencing the worst customer service regarding claims and subsequently cancellation of my policy, Dot sure was eager and available to do what they do best, and that was to collect another months premium. This is really distasteful. Their friendliness is goes only as long as they collect money, they are not there to insure you, they are the best money collectors out. Stay away
