Hi, we have been waiting patiently for almost one year for dotsure to pay out our claim but there has been absolutely no improvements and all documentation has been finalized but it's been months at management and no response, absolutely Pathetic, we would like this issue resolved. Thank you

25 Feb 2025, 20:43Hello gud evening, to my surprise I submitted all documents and everything that they required, to find out they ar playing games the don't want to pay me so that I will fix my car.... My car is Toyota Rav4 2021 their client she even shocked about taking long to settle my bills, I did gave them 3quotes, so I'm heartbroken to the extent that I loose my spare wheel since my boot it's not closing and it's making noise eish I need your help really, they just say all documants ar correct and ar to the management until when my car is a mess... Pls need help. I bought this car R650 000 and some outs cash nw it's difficult to pay me to fix my car it's making noise like an alarm... Dotsure they don't wana help me since last year..... Thank u...
