Dot Sure Vehicle Insurance. Efficient Friendly Service

On the 25th May 2019 I made the decision to take out car insurance with Dot Sure. Friendly and efficient process taking my needs into consideration. Long story short my dad needed to get back to the Western Cape as in yesterday and there were no flights the evening he was to leave. I left work at 16.00 and by 16.30 by car was fuelled up and he was on the road. Fast forward to the 7tj June 2019 I received that call, "I've been in an accident" my heart sank, but thankfully dad was unhurt, sadly my KwaKwa was injured. I notified Dot Sure immediately. I was beside myself, it wad a brand new insurance and I hadn't even paid my first proper installment. My car came back to East London, got quotes from various body shops, some were quoting almost the price of a new vehicle. Arabella Julie's from Dot Sure was my go to through out the whole claim process. She was super efficient and just made the process painless and hassle free. Dot Sure paid my claim and I was able to have my car repaired. I'm still driving my vehicle and she hasn't given me a days hassle.
