The worst experience I ever had with this company. They cancel my warranty policy without my consent and until now I had no response on why and who authorised the cancelation. I had to submit a claim, and it is going on to 3 weeks now that I'm waiting. I was asked to pay the back payments on my policy because of their negligence. I submitted my claims after the repairs and i have no response from them, instead they are sending messages to assess the damages after the fact. It was a water pump replacement??? I will never recommend Dotsure. Try calling them and you go through an invalid question and put on hold
